GSA OASIS SMALL BUSINESS POOL 3

OASIS provides a common architecture and platform across the Federal Government for the acquisition of complex professional service requirements. These requirements typically necessitate the integration of several professional service disciplines, primarily management consulting, program management, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial management.

GSA OASIS SB Pool 3 is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. This contract:

  • Spans many areas of expertise and mission spaces
  • Spans multiple professional service disciplines
  • Allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost- reimbursement, at the task order level
  • Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level

LCGI-SSAI Joint Venture is a prime for Pool 3:

  • Pool 3, NAICS 541330 - Exception A
    • Engineering for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons
  • Product Service Code (PSC) R425
    • Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical includes: Systems Engineering, Technical Assistance, and Other Services Used to Support the Program Office During the Acquisition Cycle

OASIS-SB Corporate Program Management Office


The OASIS-SB Corporate Program Management Office is in charge of coordinating all the activities for this IDIQ, which include identifying Task Order Opportunities, capturing Task Orders, writing winning proposals for Task Orders, and successfully fulfilling the Task Order SOW Requirements from Task Order Initiation to Task Order Close-out. The OASIS-SB PMO is physically located in Warner Robins, GA at the LCGI Corporate Headquarters.

The OASIS-SB Corporate Contract Office is in charge of all corporate contract related matters and is physically located in Melbourne, FL at the SSAI Corporate Headquarters.
