BellSouth Intellectual Property Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- BellSouth Intellectual Property, Wilmington, Del., has been assigned a patent (7,941,520) developed by 20 co-inventors for a "system and method for tracking telephone network capacity and equipment." The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: "A system and method of managing telephone network facilities. A telephone network facilities database, such as LEIS, is accessed and selected information, including wire center location, equipment and slot information stored therein, is extracted and re-stored in a relational database. Additional fields in the relational database are populated based on the information extracted from the telephone network facilities database. The additional fields represent working ADSL and T1 facilities, ADSL and T1 capacity, and ADSL and T1 availability. A graphical user interface is provided that displays several views of the data in the relational database. Color coding aspects of the graphical user interface indicates capacity levels."

LCGI to Support 3rd Infantry Division MSE

April 29, 2011.  LCGI has been awarded a 2 year contract to provide Logistics Support to the 3rd Infantry Division’s G4 Mission Support Element.  LCGI will provide Division Level Property Book, Supply and Maintenance logistics support at Ft. Stewart, Ft. Benning, and Hunter Army Airfield.

LCGI to Support 78 Medical Group

March 25, 2011.  LCGI has been awarded a 5 year contract to provide Computer Helpdesk Support Services for a staff of 700 at Robins AFB.  LCGI will support Zone coverage for the complex of Doctors, Nurses, Environmental Health and Vet Clinic.  LCGI will also be providing Network and Server Administration: including Sharepoint Support to 78MDG in coordination with 78th Communication Squadron.

We've Moved!

March 7, 2011.  LCGI has moved its home office to "The Park" at 1102 Park Drive in Warner Robins.  This is a strategic move to be closer to the DOD community at Robins AFB.

4 February 2010.  LCGI has successfully negotiated a 2 Year Contract with the ARMY, Fort Stewart to provide website design and administration.  This contact will involve implementing Web Content Management (WCM) and graphical design for the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart public facing websites.

LOUI Awarded Navy Contract

Effective 19 December 2008, LOUI Consulting was awarded contract it's first Navy contract.
 
SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) has made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services a reality. Using SeaPort-e, the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) has adopted an integrated approach to contracting for support services. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large & diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding & managing performance-based task orders. This unified approach allows SeaPort-e service procurement teams to leverage their best work products, practices, & approaches across the Navy's critical service business sector.

Simply stated, SeaPort-e provides a faster, better, & more cost-effective means of contracting for professional support services.

LOUI awarded first GSA Contract providing Sharepoint Administration Services

On August 22, 2008, LOUI Consulting Group, Inc. was awarded its first GSA Contract.  This contract represents two firsts in that it was also the company's first Army Contract.  LCGI will be providing Fort Stewart and the Army's Third Infantry Division, website management services utilizing sharepoint server.
