Assistant Avionics Technician
Two (2) years total experience with the testing and repair of electronic Line Replacement Units (LRU) and Shop Replacement Units (SRU). A high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a technical school degree (electronic/electrical preferred) are required.

Avionics Technician
Five (5) years total experience with the testing and repair of electronic LRU’s and SRU’s  of which three (3) years shall be experience in the testing, troubleshooting and repairing faults in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)  and Test Program Sets (TPS) .  A high school diploma or GED and a technical school degree (electronic/electrical preferred)  are required.

Senior Avionics Technician
Eight (8) years total experience with the testing and repair of electronic LRU’s and SRU’s  of which four (4) years shall be experience in the testing, troubleshooting and repairing  of faults in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and Test Program Sets (TPS).  A high school diploma or GED and a technical school degree (electronic/electrical preferred) are required.

Engineer
Must have a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or physics.  Must have two (2) years experience in applicable field.   Experience must include technical involvement as applicable in one (1) or more of the following areas: design, development, production, testing, engineering studies, analysis of system design, performance enhancement of applicable systems/subsystems.

Mid-Level Engineer
Must have a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or physics.  Must have five (5) years experience in applicable field.   Experience must include technical involvement as applicable in one (1) or more of the following areas: design, development, production, testing, engineering studies, analysis of system design, performance enhancement or parts obsolescence Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS).

Senior Engineer
Must have a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering, electronics engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or physics.  Must have eight (8) years experience in applicable field.  Experience must include technical involvement as applicable in one (1) or more of the following areas: design, development, production, testing, engineering studies, analysis of system design, performance enhancement or (DMSMS) Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (parts obsolescence). 

Industrial Engineering Technician
Two (2) years experience as a production planner.  Must have experience in reviewing technical data packages to include technical drawings, developing production process plans for manufacturing electronic components,  developing bills of material for manufacturing component items and scheduling/coordinating the manufacturing process of component items.  A high school diploma or GED and a technical school degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field are required.

Mid-Level Industrial Engineering Technician
Five (5) years experience as a production planner.  Must have experience in reviewing technical data packages to include technical drawings, developing production process plans for manufacturing electronic components,  developing bills of material for manufacturing component items and scheduling/coordinating the manufacturing process of component items.  A high school diploma or GED and a technical school degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field are required.

Engineering Technician
Two (2) years experience in a scientific, engineering, or technical field.  A high school diploma or GED and a technical school degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field are required.

Mid-Level Engineering Technician
Five (5) years experience in a scientific, engineering, or technical field.  A high school diploma or GED and a technical school degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field are required.

Senior Engineering Technician
Eight (8) years experience in a scientific, engineering, or technical field of which three (3) years shall be in direct support of electronic engineering activities / functions.  Also required is knowledge of standard engineering methods, practices and techniques used in an electronic environment as well as knowledge of the operation, function and application of test equipment and instrumentation used for automatic testing of electronic systems and components including associated software. A high school diploma or GED and technical school degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field are required.

Budget Analyst
Bachelor's degree or five (5) years experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a directly related discipline (financial accounting preferred) is required.    Must have the ability to properly utilize advanced analytical techniques needed to conduct financial and budgetary studies and analyses.   Also, must have the ability to analyze and determine if sound and logical reasoning has been applied to decisions made in monetary projections and expenditures.

Logistician
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related scientific or technical discipline is required.  A Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate with four years related experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.  Also, five (5) years experience in one or more of the above disciplines may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.  Must have work experience in use of configuration and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) to ensure effective and economical support for manufacturing, procurement and servicing of products, systems or equipment.  Must also have one (1) year in planning, scheduling, and implementing logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Also, one (1) year compiling data on standardization and interchangeability of parts and determining logistic support sequences and time-phasing problems arising from location of operational area and factors, such as environmental and human factors affecting personnel.

Senior Logistician

Administrative Assistant
One (1) year experience or formal training in clerical/administrative work in an office environment such as preparing and editing documents, maintaining files/records, making and preparing travel arrangements, and locating and assembling information for various reports.   Also required is knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and format to accurately prepare and edit written correspondence and reports.   In addition, knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools, and techniques to support office operations and produce a variety of documents such as letters, reports, spreadsheets, databases, and graphs.
