Company Overview

Founded in 2001 by President Elias Rodriguez, Loui Consulting Group, Inc., is a certified 8(a)-owned business with the United States Small Business Administration and certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) in the federal government's SDB program.

LCGI specializes in advanced technology solutions and services including engineering support, information systems development, telecommunications consulting, data management and program management. In addition, LCGI offers customized software development services in conjunction with wireless data services through ExecuTrack. ExecuTrack, a proprietary wireless data application designed and developed by LCGI, allows for various data management functionalities using wireless devices such as PDAs and cellular phones.

LCGI has acquired both short- and long-term contracts in the government and private sectors and currently is pursuing federal contracts in the engineering industry.

Management Team

Elias Rodriguez
Founder and President of Loui Consulting Group, Elias Rodriguez hails from a background in software development, telecommunications consulting and electrical engineering. With his focused vision and leadership ability, he oversees all company operations, including sales, marketing, client relations, software development, recruiting and employee management. He generated profitable revenues during the company's first year of business, and he is spearheading the company's efforts to continually grow and procure new, challenging contracts.

Matthew Pardo
A certified Microsoft professional, Matthew Pardo possesses over ten years of engineering and software design experience. Skilled primarily in the design and implementation of client/server applications involving relational database systems, he has vast knowledge in creating applications requiring real-time solutions. He is involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, and he performs as a technical lead for LCGI's software contracts.

Raymond Rattary
Project Manager Raymond Rattary works on all phases of project procurement and execution, including proposal development, cost and time analyses and scope assessment. Member of the Project Management Institute and ISO 9000-trained, he collaborates with staff members to identify procurement opportunities and provide execution strategies.

Jon-Michael Debona
Information Technology Manager, Jon-Michael Debona is dedicated to providing complete and reliable service for all customers’ needs in the installation and maintenance of computer systems, databases, and intranet infrastructure. Mr. Debona’s vast experience with various CLEC and Cable Communications Providers gives him a comprehensive understanding of today’s network challenges.

Mark Alonzo Jones
Project Manager Alonzo Jones holds degrees in computer science and aerospace engineering, and he is trained in advanced programming and data structures, operating systems, database integration and computer architecture. He was involved in the software release process for a major telecommunications provider in the southeast. Mr. Jones develops software as well as tests and debugs products for LCGI's clientele.
