He retired from Northrop with 29+ years of service. Bill, in his career with Westinghouse/Northrop Grumman; trained US, NATO & Saudi Air Force personnel in the repair, modification & maintenance of the AWACS An/APY1&2 RADAR System, maintained the AWACS RADAR System and supported Government programmers for the ASIF software facility, Tinker AFB OK; managed the electrical construction of the Federal Express Test facility & Small Package Sort Facility, Memphis TN, managed the ALQ-131 & TPS-43 Repair & modification depot in Warner Robins GA and managed Northrop Grumman Technical Services WRAFB on site Programs; and supported Northrop Grumman in Bid & Proposal / Business Development activities. Bill managed contractor building of Power Distribution, Transmission lines and substation construction projects for SHEC.
